Anežka Pejlová is a Security Architect and Team Leader of the RECS (Research and Education in Cryptography and Security) team at Monet+. She specializes in cryptography, multi-factor authentication, network security, and mobile application security.

As an ambassador for post-quantum cryptography (PQC), she defined the organization’s migration strategy to PQC in 2024, oversees its internal implementation, and manages PQC consulting projects for the company’s customers. Her key achievements include building a specialized internal security and cryptography team and implementing a corporate threat modeling program.

She actively bridges the gap between business and academia and participates in several national and international projects. Her technical expertise includes designing RASP solutions for mobile applications and consulting on cryptography and security topics for the financial sector (e.g., FIDO security characteristics, PSD2 RTS requirements).

Libor Dostálek serves as an Information Technology Architect at Monet+, where he specializes in high-level security and identity projects.
